O módulo ITIL 4 DITS fornece orientação específica sobre como elaborar visão digital, alinhar estratégias de negócio e de TI, responder à disrupção
tecnológica e conduzir programas de transformação digital, temas centrais para a modernização dos serviços de TIC da PF e para o fortalecimento da
resiliência cibernética e da entrega de serviços digitais à sociedade. A formação permitirá ao servidor atuar de forma mais estratégica e alinhada às
melhores práticas internacionais, reforçando seu papel como substituto da chefia do NTI/SR/PF/PE e como multiplicador de conhecimento no âmbito
regional, em consonância com o PDTIC 20242027 e com as diretrizes da DTI/PF. necessidade decorre das diretrizes estabelecidas pelo Plano Diretor de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (PDTIC) 20242027 da Polícia
Federal, que elege como prioridade institucional o fortalecimento da governança de TI, da estratégia digital e da melhoria contínua dos serviços de TIC
em todas as unidades da PF, inclusive nas descentralizadas, como o NTI/SR/PF/PE. O PDTIC prevê, entre suas necessidades estratégicas, a difusão de
conhecimento em TIC por meio de treinamentos e capacitações (Necessidade N3, Ações A50A52) e o fortalecimento das atividades de governança e
gestão em TIC (Necessidade N4, Ações A53A62), objetivos diretamente atendidos pelos conteúdos de estratégia digital, liderança e gestão de riscos
abordados no ITIL 4 DITS. Proporcionará ao servidor conhecimentos avançados em estratégia digital, governança, gestão de portfólio e
riscos estratégicos, bem como liderança em ambientes digitais, competências essenciais para o desempenho das atribuições do cargo e para o apoio às
decisões da chefia do NTI.
