2.1. Justificativa da necessidade
2.1.1. A presente contratação tem por finalidade assegurar a continuidade, a estabilidade e a plena operacionalidade dos sistemas informatizados de gestão pública, necessários para a execução das rotinas administrativas e burocráticas da administração pública, atualmente presentes e geridos pela Controladoria, pelo Setor de Recursos Humanos e pelo Setor de Tributação, contemplando manutenção mensal, suporte técnico especializado e consultoria (local e/ou remota), incluindo manutenções corretivas, adequações decorrentes de alterações legais e ampliação de funcionalidades, especialmente no módulo de Recursos Humanos, de modo a atender às exigências do e-Social, às rotinas de Avaliação de Desempenho/indicadores vinculados a programas federais e a manter integração total com o sistema de folha de pagamento.
