CONTRACTING OF A COMPANY SPECIALIZED IN ASPHALTIC PAVEMENT OF URBAN ROADS IN CBUQ WITH 23,550.20 M2, INCLUDING PRELIMINARY SERVICES, EARTHMOVING, DRAINAGE, BASE AND SUB-BASE, PAVING, CURB AND GUTTER, URBANIZATION SERVICES, TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION, TECHNOLOGICAL TESTS, AND VISUAL COMMUNICATION SIGNAGE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAM 50/PARANACIDADE.

The Municipality of Capanema, Paraná, is seeking a specialized company for the asphaltic paving of urban roads, covering an area of 23,550.20 square meters using CBUQ (Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete). The project encompasses a comprehensive range of services, including preliminary works, earthmoving, drainage systems, base and sub-base preparation, the asphalt layer, curb and gutter installation, urbanization, traffic signalization, technological testing, and visual communication signage. This procurement is conducted as a "Concorrência - Presencial" (In-Person Competition) with a closed-open bidding mode, following Law 14.133/2021, Article 28, item II.
