A contratação de empresa especializada para os serviços abaixo citados é essencial para que os veículos pertencentes à frota da Secretaria Municipal da Educação estejam sempre em condições de realizar o transporte de alunos, satisfazendo as expectativas de eficiência, conforto e segurança, bem como para garantir o prolongamento da vida útil do veículo citado.
Tendo em vista, atender à demanda da Secretaria Municipail de Educação. Sendo que os veículos se desloca rotineiramente, para áreas rurais e urbanos a manutenção dos veículos é necessária e de imprescindível continuidade, levando em consideração as constantes necessidades, de realização de serviços de mecânica geral e, principalmente a de procedimentos preventivos e corretivos, que objetiva a utilização em perfeitas condições de uso a qualquer tempo, com segurança, exigindo, desta forma, veículos em perfeito estado de conservação e utilização.
No que tange a presente contratação, esta se justifica pela necessidade de manter o veículo em perfeitas condições de uso e em bom estado de conservação, com isso, espera-se prolongar a vida útil do mesmo e dar maior segurança na trafegabilidade do veículo além de evitar a interrupção dos trabalhos, em conformidade com a legislação de trânsito.
