A contratação justifica-se pela necessidade de assegurar a conformidade legal e a integridade ocupacional dos servidores da Câmara, atendendo às obrigações previstas nas Normas Regulamentadoras e na legislação previdenciária.
A opção por “terceirizar”, a princípio, a gestão e envio de dados para o e-Social relacionados aos serviços de SST representa a solução tecnicamente mais adequada para o momento, uma vez que a Câmara não dispõe de equipe apta à execução das atividades, contudo, também está sendo previsto o treinamento dos servidores para se tornarem aptos a executarem as atividades futuramente.
O modelo proposto garante eficiência administrativa, redução de riscos trabalhistas e previdenciários, e cumprimento tempestivo das obrigações junto ao e-Social.
