atender às demandas pedagógicas das escolas da rede municipal de ensino em tempo
integral do Município de Ourolândia/BA.
A presente contratação justifica-se pela necessidade de fortalecer e ampliar as atividades pedagógicas
complementares desenvolvidas nas escolas de ensino em tempo integral da rede municipal de
Ourolândia/BA, especialmente aquelas voltadas à educação musical, cultural e artística, em
consonância com as diretrizes da educação integral e com o Plano Municipal de Educação.
A música constitui importante ferramenta pedagógica, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento cognitivo,
social, emocional e cultural dos estudantes, além de estimular habilidades como disciplina, criatividade,
trabalho em equipe e sensibilidade artística. A disponibilização de instrumentos musicais adequados e
em condições apropriadas é essencial para garantir a efetividade dessas atividades no ambiente escolar.
Ressalta-se que muitas unidades escolares não dispõem de instrumentos suficientes ou adequados, o
que compromete a execução plena das oficinas e projetos pedagógicos previstos para o ensino em
