A presente justificativa tem por finalidade fundamentar a contratação de empresa especializada para a oferta de aulas de Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro aos munícipes do Município de Rio do Campo - SC, por meio de dispensa de licitação, com base no art. 75, inciso II, da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021.
A referida contratação visa promover ações de incentivo à prática esportiva, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento físico, social e psicológico de crianças, adolescentes e demais interessados, além de fomentar hábitos saudáveis, disciplina, respeito e inclusão social por meio do esporte.
O Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro é uma modalidade reconhecida por seus benefícios educacionais e formativos, sendo amplamente utilizado como ferramenta de integração social e prevenção de vulnerabilidades sociais, especialmente entre o público jovem.
