Apesar das disposições constantes no sistema do Comprasnet, a presente licitação será regida pelo Regulamento de Licitações e Contratos do Sesc, aprovado pela Resolução Sesc Nº. 1.593/2024. 2. ATENÇÃO: Nos processos licitatórios promovidos pelo Sesc-AR/DF, não se aplicam as disposições legais da Lei Complementar n.º 123/2006 (Estatuto Nacional da Microempresa e da Empresa de Pequeno Porte), tampouco da Lei n.º 14.133/2021 (Lei de Licitações e Contratos Administrativos), conforme entendimento do Tribunal de Contas da União acerca da natureza jurídica de direito privado das entidades do “Sistema S”, no sentido de que não integram a Administração Pública, visto que possuem regulamentos próprios de compras e contratações. 3.
