A presente demanda atende ao interesse Público de promover concentração ordenada de pessoas em espaço público apropriado para a exibição dos jogos da Copa do Mundo 2026, com estrutura de imagem e som compatível com a expectativa de público e com a finalidade de fortalecer o uso qualificado da Praça da Concha Acústica como ponto de encontro, convivência e dinamização da vida cultural e econômica local.
A contratação se justifica também pela necessidade de garantir solução técnica adequada, com imagem nítida, boa luminosidade, estabilidade de operação e apoio de profissional capacitado durante todo o período de uso.
