Original language: PortugueseCONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA PARA PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS DE ASSESSORIA AMBIENTAL VISANDO À ANÁLISE DE PROJETOS RELACIONADOS À GESTÃO AMBIENTAL, DE ACORDO COM AS NORMAS E REGULAMENTAÇÕES VIGENTES COM O OBJETIVO DE AUXILIAR NA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE PRÁTICAS SUSTENTÁVEIS E NA OBSERVÂNCIA DAS LEGISLAÇÕES AMBIENTAIS APLICÁVEIS.
Do Objeto: Contratação de empresa especializada para prestação de serviços de assessoria ambiental visando à análise de projetos relacionados à gestão ambiental, de acordo com as normas e regulamentações vigentes com o objetivo de auxiliar na implementação de práticas sustentáveis e na observância das legislações ambientais aplicáveis.
1.1. Do Detalhamento Dos Serviços:
a) Assessoria na gestão ambiental municipal (Análise de projetos de leis ambientais, decretos, vetos, resoluções, e demais atos em matéria ambiental, incluindo a legislação já existente);
b) Assessoria na análise e elaboração de pareceres técnicos relacionados ao processo de controle ambiental municipal;
c) Assessoria no desenvolvimento e implantação de atividades voltadas à Educação Ambiental;
d) Assessoria no desenvolvimento de material de comunicação social e ambiental;
e) Planejamento de seminários, cursos, capacitação e eventos de educação ambiental e datas comemorativas;
f) Desenvolvimento do Programa Município Agro;
g) Implantação de todas as diretivas do Programa Município Verde e Azul Paulista (elaboração dos relatórios de todas as diretivas do Programa Município Verde e Azul Paulista);

1.2. Da Carga Horária: Os serviços deverão ser executados nos seguintes locais:
a) Em sala disponibilizada pela Prefeitura de Braúna, por pelo menos uma vez por semana, com duração mínima de 06 horas diárias, sem prejuízo de outros chamados necessários e imprescindíveis.
b) Por meios de comunicação disponível 24 horas por dia, para que os servidores do município entrem em contato via telefone ou internet;
c) Em órgãos públicos, quando necessitar de assessoria em reuniões diversas.
