Com base em expediente semelhante, conforme Memorando nº 235/2026, destacamos que, de acordo com os documentos em anexo, a fiscalização será de responsabilidade do Departamento de Vigilância em Saúde. Ao Departamento de Meio Ambiente caberá apenas a realização do registro no sistema.
