A contratação é necessária para:
• Assegurar a transparência das atividades da Câmara Municipal de Guapimirim, garantindo a publicação de informações oficiais, atos normativos, notícias e serviços de interesse público, em conformidade com os princípios da publicidade e eficiência previstos no art. 37 da Constituição Federal.
• Cumprir as obrigações legais de publicidade previstas na Lei nº 14.133/2021, especialmente quanto à disponibilização de informações em meio eletrônico, bem como normas de transparência da Lei de Acesso à Informação (Lei nº 12.527/2011).
• Modernizar e manter a comunicação institucional por meio da atualização contínua do website oficial e do uso de e-mails institucionais, assegurando identidade profissional, segurança da informação e melhor gerenciamento administrativo.
• Garantir estabilidade e desempenho por meio da hospedagem do portal institucional em servidor com espaço de disco ilimitado e transferência de dados ilimitada, evitando indisponibilidade e assegurando pleno acesso da população às informações oficiais.
