A presente contratação justifica-se pela necessidade de assegurar proteção patrimonial e financeira aos veículos recentemente incorporados à frota oficial do Município de Espírito Santo do Dourado/MG, destinados à execução de serviços públicos essenciais nas áreas de educação e saúde. 2.2. O Município adquiriu quatro veículos novos da marca Renault, modelo Master, sendo três vans destinadas à Secretaria Municipal de Educação, para utilização no transporte de alunos, e uma van acessível destinada à Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, para o transporte de pacientes, inclusive pessoas com deficiência ou mobilidade reduzida. 2.3.
