A presente contratação justifica-se pela necessidade de locação de estruturas destinadas à realização das festividades em comemoração ao Dia do Trabalho, essa festividade representa uma oportunidade única de reunir a comunidade, celebrar a história local e promover a cultura da nossa cidade. Para a adequada execução do evento, faz-se indispensável a locação de estruturas e equipamentos apropriados, como palco, sistema de som, iluminação e painel de LED, essenciais para garantir a qualidade, organização, segurança e o pleno atendimento ao público participante. Ressalta-se, ainda, que a realização do evento conta com o apoio da Secretaria de Estado do Turismo - SETU, cuja atuação tem como finalidade fomentar e apoiar iniciativas que promovam o turismo, a cultura e o desenvolvimento econômico local, justificando a utilização dos recursos públicos para a execução da referida comemoração. Portanto, a locação dessas estruturas é um investimento necessário para assegurar a eficiência na execução das atividades e contribuir para o sucesso da festividade, garantindo o cumprimento das expectativas e o bom andamento das apresentações, promovendo um evento de alta qualidade que valoriza a cultura local e fortalece os laços comunitários.
