Embora o valor total da contratação para 2 (dois) anos de vigência do contrato seja de R$124.800,00, o valor estimado cadastrado no sistema será de R$62.400,00, equivalente a um ano de vigência. Assim, para os lances o valor que deverá ser considerado é o valor anual. Já a proposta de preços, a ser apresentada após a sessão de lances, quando o fornecedor for convocado, deverá se basear no modelo constante do Anexo III do Aviso de Dispensa, que contempla os valores para os dois anos de contrato.
