Para a realização dos serviços do COMAFEN em prol dos Municípios consorciados se faz necessária a aquisição de receptor de navegação por satélite portátil (GPS). Assim, realizamos o referido processo licitatório, para a aquisição dos bens necessários. Optamos pela dispensa licitatória não eletrônica, tendo em vista a pequena quantidade do objeto, o que facilita a entrega do mesmo pelas empresas locais/regionais, em curto prazo, face a necessidade da entrega do objeto de forma rápida, considerando que não há os bens necessários em estoque.
