Ante o exposto, o Agente de Contratação da Prefeitura Municipal de Jardim Olinda, conclui que a contratação da empresa UILSON ARAUJO CAPACITAÇÃO E DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PROJETOS SOCIAIS LTDA para PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS DE CAPACITAÇÃO E TREINAMENTO DOS SERVIDORES DO CONSELHO TUTELAR, NO TOCANTE AO SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO PARA INFÂNCIA E ADOLESCÊNCIA E SOBRE AÇÕES DE PROTEÇÃO E GARANTIA DOS DIREITOS E ATENDIMENTO DAS CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES, pelo valor de R$ 10.775,00 (Dez Mil e Setecentos e Setenta e Cinco Reais) com fundamento no art. 74, III, alínea “f” da Lei nº 14.133/21 e preenche os requisitos do art. 72 da mesma lei, sendo INEXIGÍVEL a realização de procedimento licitatório.
