Original language: PortugueseContratação de pessoa jurídica especializada na prestação de serviços técnicos, com expertise nas Resoluções Normativas da ANEEL, voltados à recuperação de valores pagos indevidamente a maior nas faturas de energia elétrica de titularidade do Município, abrangendo unidades consumidoras vinculadas a prédios públicos e ao sistema de iluminação pública. Os serviços contratados deverão compreender a análise das faturas de energia elétrica ou qualquer outro tipo de cobrança emitido pela distribuidora de energia elétrica, podendo atuar em representação ao Município perante a concessionária local, Enel, a Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – ANEEL e a Agência Reguladora de Serviços Públicos Delegados do Estado do Ceará – ARCE.
A remuneração honorária futura, em valor fixo e irreajustável, correspondente R$ 1.484.674,36 (um milhão, quatrocentos e oitenta e quatro mil, seiscentos e setenta e quatro reais e trinta e seis centavos), o qual corresponde a um percentual de 19,98% (dezenove vírgula noventa e oito porcento) aplicado sobre o montante estimado de recuperação de indébitos das faturas de energia que é de R$ 7.430.802,61 (sete milhões, quatrocentos e trinta mil, oitocentos e dois reais e sessenta e um centavos) efetivamente recuperado aos Cofres Municipais, sendo o valor total apurado no procedimento de Cumprimento de Sentença.
