A presente contratação justifica-se pela necessidade de garantir a adequada participação dos atletas do município nos Jogos da Melhor Idade – JOMI (3ª Região Esportiva), uma vez que as fantasias são elementos essenciais para a apresentação nas modalidades que as exigem, contribuindo para a valorização cultural, integração social e desempenho dos competidores. Atualmente, o município não dispõe de fantasias suficientes e adequadas para atender à demanda do evento, o que inviabiliza a participação organizada e padronizada dos participantes.
