A contratação do seguro contra acidentes pessoais para estagiários da SEFAZ/CE é obrigatória por força da Lei nº 11.788/2008 e do Decreto Estadual nº 29.704/2009. A medida garante a regularidade dos programas de estágio, a proteção dos estudantes e a mitigação de riscos jurídicos para a Administração. Sua ausência pode inviabilizar a manutenção dos Termos de Compromisso de Estágio e comprometer atividades institucionais.
