do Plano de Contratações Anual (PCA) para o exercício de 2026, bem como dos respectivos Documentos de Formalização de
Demanda (DFD) e Estudos Técnicos Preliminares (ETP), de forma integrada entre os setores da Câmara Municipal da Estância
Turística de Tremembé, conforme especificações e condições estabelecidas neste Termo de Referência e seus anexos.
