DA DECISÃO E AUTORIZAÇÃO Diante de todo o exposto, e considerando que o processo se encontra instruído com a justificativa técnica de inviabilidade dos sistemas eletrônicos: 1. APROVO a realização da licitação sob a forma presencial, nos termos do Art. 17, § 2º da Lei nº 14.133/2021; 2. DETERMINO que a sessão pública seja integralmente gravada em áudio e vídeo, com a devida juntada dos arquivos aos autos, conforme imposição legal; 3. AUTORIZO o prosseguimento imediato.
