Proven experience in carrying out at least three (3) independent environmental and social management audits in projects financed by multilateral development institutions (e.g., World Bank, African Development Bank, International Finance Corporation, or equivalent institutions); (iv) Specific experience in applying the World Bank's Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and its Environmental and Social Standards (ESS1–ESS10); Capacity to mobilize a multidisciplinary team and carry out fieldwork in multiple locations; (v) Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills; (vi) Proven experience in coordinating teams involved in complex work Key experts will not be evaluated at the pre-selection stage.
