Original language: PortugueseContratação destinada à aquisição de 2.000 potes plásticos retangulares em polipropileno (PP), transparentes, com capacidade de 900 ml e tampa na cor azul, para acondicionamento e distribuição das refeições aos sentenciados da Penitenciária de Paraguaçu Paulista. A aquisição visa recompor o estoque do almoxarifado, esgotado em razão do aumento da população carcerária, assegurando a continuidade do serviço de alimentação da Unidade.
A contratação será realizada por Dispensa Eletrônica com Disputa, nos termos do artigo 75, inciso II, da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021 e do Decreto Estadual nº 68.304/2024, considerando o valor e a natureza comum do objeto. A aquisição refere-se à reposição de material de consumo de uso recorrente e essencial à rotina da Unidade Prisional. A necessidade tornou-se superveniente em razão do aumento significativo da população carcerária, com aproximadamente 500 novos custodiados, ocasionando o esgotamento do estoque disponível. A não aquisição poderá comprometer a adequada distribuição das refeições, sendo necessária a recomposição do estoque para assegurar a continuidade, regularidade e eficiência do serviço de alimentação prestado aos sentenciados. O objeto possui especificações usuais de mercado e será adquirido de fornecedor que apresentar a proposta mais vantajosa à Administração, observadas as condições estabelecidas no Termo de Referência e no Aviso de Contratação Direta.
