O prazo total para elaboração dos projetos básico e executivo e execução da obra é de 420 (quatrocentos e vinte) dias, contados a partir da data estabelecida na Ordem de Serviço, sendo que, dentro desse prazo, o período máximo para elaboração e aprovação dos projetos será de 180 (cento e oitenta) dias corridos.
