El contrato tiene por objeto la prestacion del servicio de limpieza integral de los edificios, instalaciones, equipamientos y espacios gestionados por la sociedad Teatro Cervantes de Malaga e Iniciativas Audiovisuales, S.A., comprendiendo el Teatro Cervantes, el Teatro Echegaray, el Cine Albeniz, las salas de ensayo, las oficinas exteriores y demas espacios escenicos, administrativos o de apoyo tecnico en los que se desarrollen actividades culturales, audiovisuales o eventos organizados por dicha sociedad.
