És objecte del present la contractació del servei de sonorització, il·luminació i vídeo a les activitats que organitzi l’Ajuntament de Santa Margarida de Montbui i la prestació de servei tècnics qualificats per a la cobertura i gestió dels actes que es realitzin a l’Espai de les Arts i del Coneixement Mont-Àgora o en aquells que siguin indicats com a espais d’activitat municipal, incloent-hi les principals activitats festives i/o culturals. Aquest contracte també inclou la sonorització, il·luminació i vídeo en les activitats en què s’hagi llogat les sales de Mont-Àgora a un tercer per part de la societat municipal Montbui Activa SL. Per a aquestes activitats organitzades per tercers, s’establirà un sistema de borsa d’hores màximes/any. En aquest cas, seran 800 anuals. En cada comanda caldrà establir les necessitats tècniques, valorant-se a 40 euros/hora per cada persona tècnica necessària per a la cobertura de les activitats. A més del que estigui disposat a les presents clàusules, regeix tot allò que estigui disposat a les característiques tècniques adjuntes, les quals es consideraran part del present document, podent els licitadors aportar altres solucions tècniques que considerin més favorables a l’objecte del contracte.
