En caso de producirse empate entre dos o más ofertas en el puntaje final, la adjudicación recaerá en el oferente que hubiere obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio “Experiencia”. Si, aplicado el criterio anterior, persiste el empate, se adjudicará al oferente que hubiere obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio “Entrevista”. Si aun así persiste el empate, se preferirá al oferente que hubiere obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio “Residencia en la comuna”. De mantenerse el empate, se preferirá al oferente que hubiere obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio “Oferta económica”. Si persiste el empate, se preferirá al oferente que hubiere obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio “Cumplimiento de requisitos formales de presentación de la oferta”. De mantenerse el empate, se preferirá al oferente que hubiere obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio “Programa de Integridad y Ética”. Finalmente, si pese a lo anterior el empate aún subsistiere, se adjudicará al oferente cuya oferta haya sido ingresada primero en el portalwww.mercadopublico.cl.
