In case of a tie in score between 2 (two) or more offers, the award will be decided according to the following order of precedence: If the tie situation still persists, the offer that was first entered according to the offer entry receipt issued by the Directorate of Public Procurement and Contracting on the Portal www.mercadopublico.cl will be awarded.
