11.5.-En el caso que se produzca empate en la evaluación será el mandante quien decidirá a quien adjudicar en base a la mejor a:
MECANISMO PARA SOLUCIÓN DE CONSULTAS RESPECTO DE LA ADJUDICACION
La Unidad técnica dará respuesta por escrito a las consultas, observaciones que los oferentes hagan sobre la adjudicación.
Una Vez Publicada la adjudicación el oferente tendrá un día hábil para presentar sus consultas, las que serán contestadas por la unidad técnica al día hábil siguiente.Estas respuestas a las consultas serán publicadas vía Portal Chilecompras, en el sitio de Internethttp://mercadopublico.cl.
9.2.-En lo demás se estará a lo dispuesto en las Bases Administrativas Generales.
