Con esta asistencia técnica se espera generar evidencia, instrumentos e insumos técnicos para identificar mecanismos de reconocimiento y certificación de competencias laborales relevantes para personas en contexto de movilidad; analizar resultados laborales y satisfacción de personas certificadas por CONOCER; y producir insumos para una base de consulta o mapa interactivo que visibilice mecanismos disponibles y apoye la toma de decisiones de OIT y CONOCER.
