- Service Contract for preventive and corrective maintenance during the months of May, August, October, and December of the year 2023, of the two DIGER Power Generation Plants.

Preventive maintenance must be performed on the following equipment:

1. 132 KVA Generator, Olympian brand, model GEP150, serial number 00000PRTG017 for the first floor.

2. 200 KVA Generator, SDMO brand, model AT01310TN4N, serial number 321056/1 for the second floor.

The activities to be performed are as follows:

• General review and inspection of the equipment, general generator check, control system check, general accessories check, general engine cleaning, general equipment cleaning, generator motor protection systems test, battery density check.
• Oil and filter change
• Coolant and filter change
• Exterior wash of the radiator panel and air filter change
• Unlimited emergency services 24/7, providing immediate response.

PRESENT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION:

1) Submit the preventive maintenance cost for each visit and the total cost for the rest of 2023 (May – August - October – December) in your offer.

2) Submit two certifications of similar work performed in public institutions.

GENERAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The supplier must detail the services offered and the number of technical personnel in the offer.
• Preventive maintenance should not exceed 5 business days. If it is determined that corrective maintenance is required, the supplier must inform DIGER through a Diagnostic Report that includes a quote for the cost of parts and labor, justification, and supporting documentation describing the time and type of repair for the corrective maintenance. After submission, the contracting party will decide whether to approve the repair.
• For any repair not specified in the list, the supplier must indicate in their diagnostic report under the heading "Not specified in the contract".
• For each preventive or corrective maintenance, the supplier must provide a warranty for labor and parts of no less than 3 months.
• The supplier must return replaced parts to the contracting party.
• Parts must be original according to the specifications of the air conditioners; otherwise, the brands of the parts must be submitted for approval by the Administrative Management.
• The supplier must maintain a record of the maintenance performed during the contract period, which may be requested by the DIGER Administrative Management.
• It is suggested that interested suppliers conduct a pre-quotation site visit to verify the area and spaces.

• The Quotation must be submitted in physical form in a sealed envelope, prepared on the participating company's letterhead, including the following information: Company Name, RTN, Phone Number, Business Address, and Email Address; Place and Date of Issue; Description of the product or service offered, unit price, ISV (if applicable), and total price. The product or service offered must meet the requested technical specifications, and a product or service information brochure must be attached if necessary; DESCRIBE THE DELIVERY TIME FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED AND THE OFFER'S VALIDITY; NAME, POSITION, SIGNATURE, AND SEAL OF THE COMPANY.
