El objeto del presente contrato es la contratación, mediante procedimiento abierto, de un proyecto llave en mano que incluye el diseño, desarrollo, configuración, implantación, puesta en producción, alojamiento, mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y evolutivo de un sistema integral de BackOffice único para la gestión de las autopistas de peaje de SEITT. El sistema deberá prestar servicio a las autopistas de peaje R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, M-12, AP-41, AP-36 y AP-7 Cartagena-Vera, en base al sistema de peaje de vía desarrollado en la licitación con expediente: 20261006-V. A tal efecto, deberá sustentarse en interfaces estándar y en mecanismos de integración concebidos desde el diseño para facilitar la incorporación de nuevas autopistas, vías o sistemas sin impacto en la continuidad del servicio, tomando como referencia la seguridad desde el inicio del diseño.
