El objeto del contrato es la continuidad o implantación de un nuevo Centro de Operaciones de ciberseguridad que incorpore los elementos fundamentales para su funcionamiento, como barreras de seguridad perimetral, sistema de recolección y correlación de logs, y también tecnología de detección y respuesta. Deberá contemplar además las tareas obligatorias para su integración en la red nacional de centros de operaciones de ciberseguridad, así como la obtención de la certificación de los sistemas del Ayuntamiento del Esquema Nacional de Seguridad que servirá como marco para promover un modelo homogéneo de la seguridad y permitirá establecer la política de seguridad en la utilización de medios, así como garantizar adecuadamente la seguridad de la información tratada. Habilitará la capacidad del Ayuntamiento para llevar a cabo las acciones que considere necesarias para prevenir o mitigar las amenazas de seguridad que afectan al Ayuntamiento, priorizando y destinando recursos a aquellas vulnerabilidades que impliquen un riesgo más destacado.
