La mission objet du présent marché s'exerce dans le cadre du projet du pôle d'échanges multimodal Labège Gare situé au terminus de la future ligne C du métro toulousain. Le projet consiste en la réalisation du pôle d'échanges composé d'un bâtiment P+R en silo de 996 places, d'une aire de dépose-reprise covoiturage en rez-de-chaussée du parking silo, d'une gare bus en terminus et son local exploitation, de locaux vélos en accès réglementé, des liaisons modes actifs pour relier ces différentes infrastructures, l'aménagement paysager du site sur une surface estimée de 2.2 ha, ainsi que d'une passerelle modes actifs de franchissement des voies ferroviaires pour relier ce pôle d'échanges à la station aérienne de la ligne C.
