The KOICA HQ Procurement Team 1 intends to in vite foreign and local eligible Bidders for the Project for the “ Construction Management Service in Eurasia Middle east Region ” Brief of Bidding Bid Title Construction Management Service in Eurasia Middle east Region Summary of Services - Construction Management Service , as acting client’s supervisory authority, review and consultation through all stages (from preliminary survey to maintenance), a ll fields including architecture, civil, mechanics, landscape, electrical, communication, firefighting etc. generated in the process of KOICA a rchitectural project are to be managed and reviewed thoroughly * Please refer to the attached RFP (Korean version) for detailed information. Service Area Gyeonggi-do, Korea / Eurasia Middle east Region Duration Until September 3 0 , 2027 from the date of signing the contract Budget Limit 3,111,220,000 KRW ( Korean won / i ncluding all expenses ) A. Employer: Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) B. Bid Type: International Bidding, Open Competitive Bidding C. Selection of the Successful Bidders: a) Conclusion of contract by negotiation (technical proposal (90%) and price quotation (10%)). b) The Company with a high overall score have priority of negotiation. c) Bidders that receive less than 85 out of 100 points at the technical proposal evaluation shall be disqualified from negotiations. d) Bidders must submit a price below the budget limit, and if it exceeds this, the bidders shall be disqualified from negotiations . e) Conclus ion of contract by negotiation . J oint Contract (Contract for joint performance or Contract for divided performance is allowed) a) J oint Venture with limited numbers (5) is allowed. b) ( j oint performance) The share ratio of each participating company must be more than10%. c) ( j oint performance) Each member shall meet Qualification of Bidders. d) ( d ivided performance) Joint venture must be eligible to participate. e) ( d ivided performance) Each member shall have at least one P PS service code. f) ( divided performance) A business department table containing the details of each member’s work and the prop ortion of work shall be submitted. J. Submission of documents a) All documents should be submitted electronically. b) One (1) copy of each of the official seal certificate and notified seal for the transaction. c) One (1) copy of a certificate of his/her seal impression. d) T he Technical Proposal I ( main text ), the Technical Proposal II ( manpower field ),
