La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca un proveedor - Hotel que preste el servicio alojamiento, salón, ayudas audiovisuales y alimentación para evento alto nivel en la ciudad de Cali para agosto (fecha por confirmar – tentativamente la primera quincena del mes).
A continuación, se presenta un resumen del servicio:
a. Hospedaje (habitación sencilla), incluido desayuno, para 3 inspectores de trabajo de los municipios del Valle del Cauca.
b. Cena ligera para 3 inspectores de trabajo de los municipios del Valle del Cauca.
c. Salón con sillas y mesas y capacidad para 32 personas desde las 8:00 a.m. hasta las 3:00 p.m.
d. Equipos audiovisuales (video beam, computador, sonido, 2 micrófonos inalámbricos y señalizador)
e. Serivicio de WiFi
f. Estación de café permanente y refrigerio AM para 32 personas
g. Servicio de almuerzo para 32 personas
h. Servicio de mesero
