A continuación, se presenta un resumen del trabajo que se debe realizar: Realizar un estudio sobre la Ventanilla Única (Single Entry Point, SEP) de la Unión Europea y sus implicaciones para la implementación y el seguimiento de los compromisos laborales previstos en los acuerdos comerciales de la UE. El trabajo incluirá el examen del fundamento, la base jurídica, el diseño institucional y el funcionamiento de la Ventanilla Única, así como el análisis de su aplicación práctica y de su contribución a la tramitación de reclamaciones relacionadas con compromisos laborales. Como resultado, se elaborará un documento de análisis que presente los principales hallazgos del estudio, incluyendo una evaluación de las implicaciones prácticas de la Ventanilla Única para la tramitación de reclamaciones relacionadas con compromisos laborales en los acuerdos comerciales, su potencial para facilitar el acceso de los actores interesados y fortalecer el seguimiento y cumplimiento de dichos compromisos, así como los posibles desafíos asociados con su utilización.
