En este marco, la OIT brindará asistencia técnica al Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE) y a su Programa de Empleo Temporal “Llamkasun Perú”, que financia intervenciones vinculadas, entre otros ámbitos, a infraestructura de riego, forestación y reforestación, y siembra y cosecha de agua, con potencial para una mayor incorporación de las SbN y del enfoque de trabajo decente. La consultoría tendrá como objetivo fortalecer las capacidades técnicas del MTPE y del Programa para promover una mejor incorporación de las obras verdes, las SbN y el enfoque de trabajo decente en sus intervenciones. Para ello, el/la consultor(a) realizará un diagnóstico de la situación actual, las necesidades, oportunidades y áreas de mejora, a partir de una revisión documental, reuniones técnicas y, cuando sea necesario y posible, visitas de terreno.
