A continuación se presenta un resumen del trabajo a realizar: El objetivo de esta consultoría es el diseño e implementación de servicios de formación en competencias laborales para mejorar las oportunidades de trabajo decente de personas cuidadoras de adultos mayores en el Perú. Para ello, el colaborador externo seleccionado deberá establecer las condiciones necesarias para ofrecer la formación por competencias laborales en la ocupación “Cuidador/a de Personas Adultas Mayores”. Como parte del trabajo a realizar se deberá: (1) Diseñar los instrumentos didácticopedagógicos y operativos para la entrega del programa (diseño curricular, desarrollo modular, guías didácticas, plan de capacitación, rúbricas, etc.), de acuerdo con el perfil/estándar ocupacional respectivo; y, (2) Validar técnica y metodológicamente el paquete formativo, incorporando ajustes y control de versiones. Todo ello en el entendido de que el trabajo de cuidados requiere habilidades técnicas y blandas específicas y que la formación y certificación de competencias laborales se posicionan como herramientas clave para reconocer estas capacidades, mejorar la calidad de los servicios de cuidado y elevar las oportunidades laborales de quienes los realizan.
