La Oficina de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) para América Central, Panamá y República Dominicana invita a personas consultoras calificadas a presentar su postulación para la elaboración de un estudio sobre el cuidado y la conciliación trabajo y familia en la negociación colectiva en la Republica Dominicana La consultoría tiene como propósito apoyar a las centrales sindicales de Rep.
Dom. con la elaboración de estudio que servirá de insumo para la inclusión y fortalecimiento de la negociación colectiva como herramienta para promover el cuidado y la conciliación trabajo y familia.
Esta iniciativa se enmarca en el Programa y presupuesto de la OIT para el año 2026-2027, Mayor capacidad de las organizaciones de trabajadores a nivel institucional, técnico, de representación y de influencia en las políticas, indicador: 2.2.2.
Número de Estados Miembros en los que las organizaciones de trabajadores han elaborado propuestas de políticas sindicales innovadoras y eficaces, examinadas en el seno de mecanismos de diálogo social con miras a la formulación de políticas y del CPODOM802.
El trabajo comprenderá la revisión de estudios, datos, de los convenios colectivos seleccionados, buenas prácticas existente en relación a la inclusión del tema de los cuidados y la conciliación trabajo y familia, con el objetivo de diseñar una hoja de ruta para fortalecer la negociación colectiva mediante la incorp. de cláusulas sobre el cuidado y la concil. trabajo y familia.
La persona consultora deberá facilitar procesos de validación con las organiz. sindicales y elaborar los productos finales conforme a los lineamientos técnicos de la OIT.
Se requiere formación superior en economía derecho, ciencias políticas o disciplinas afines, conoc. y experiencia comprobada en relaciones laborales, negociación colectiva, análisis socioeconómicos, formulación de estrat. y redacción de informes téc. y contar con experiencia de trabajo con organizaciones sindicales a nivel nacional e interna
