La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca una persona para realizar un trabajo como colaborador externo.
A continuación se presenta un resumen del trabajo que se debe realizar:
El encargo tiene por objetivo brindar asistencia técnica especializada al Ministerio de Economía (MINECO) y a la OIT para sistematizar el modelo de atención territorial de la Dirección de Servicios Empresariales orientado a emprendimientos y MIPYMES, en el marco del Programa Impulso al Trabajo Decente financiado por la Unión Europea.
La consultoría incluye: (i) sistematización de los siete niveles de atención del modelo territorial; (ii) documentación metodológica y operativa de procesos y rutas de atención; (iii) elaboración de instrumentos técnicos y operativos vinculados al modelo; y (iv) formulación de recomendaciones para fortalecimiento institucional, sostenibilidad operativa y escalamiento territorial.
El trabajo se desarrollará en estrecha coordinación con la OIT y el Viceministerio de Desarrollo de la MIPYME del MINECO, e incluirá la elaboración de informes técnicos, sistematización de procesos institucionales y formulación de recomendaciones técnicas orientadas a fortalecer los Servicios de Desarrollo Empresarial del MINECO.
