La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca consultor/firma consultora para realizar un trabajo como colaborador externo.
A continuación, se presenta un resumen del trabajo que se debe realizar:
Diseñar e implementar una línea de servicios ESG que fortalezca la capacidad de la Cámara de la Construcción del Uruguay (CCU) para acompañar a sus empresas en la adopción de prácticas ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza (ESG).
Actividades:
1. Diseñar la estructura, alcance y enfoque de la línea de servicios ESG de la CCU.
2. Desarrollar herramientas, contenidos y materiales técnicos vinculados a sostenibilidad y ESG para empresas del sector construcción.
3. Diseñar e implementar talleres sobre gestión ambiental en obra civil.
4. Implementar actividades de sensibilización sobre análisis de materialidad y reportes ESG aplicados al sector construcción.
5. Diseñar e implementar un ciclo de mentoría y fortalecimiento de capacidades en el sector construcción.
6. Desarrollar instancias de formación en gobernanza corporativa, liderazgo y transparencia empresarial.
7. Fortalecer capacidades técnicas del equipo de la CCU para acompañar a empresas en materias ESG.
