Estimado Licitante, la Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca una persona para desarrollar un marco conceptual estratégico, una teoría del cambio y una matriz interpretativa orientados a fortalecer la promoción e implementación del Convenio núm. 190 sobre la violencia y el acoso en el mundo del trabajo en Iberoamérica.
El trabajo comprenderá revisión documental especializada, análisis conceptual y formulación metodológica para articular las dimensiones de prevención, gestión organizacional, diálogo social, productividad sostenible y trabajo decente.
Asimismo, se elaborarán indicadores orientadores, mensajes estratégicos e insumos visuales para apoyar la interpretación de estudios de caso empresariales desarrollados en el marco de una iniciativa conjunta entre la OIT, la SEGIB y la Iniciativa Iberoamericana para Prevenir y Eliminar la Violencia contra las Mujeres.
La consultoría tendrá una duración aproximada de ocho semanas y se desarrollará principalmente de manera remota
