Lucrari de spargere, sapatura, refacere sistem rutier aferente investitiilor la liniile electrice subterane si aeriene, in instalatiile electrice apartinand Delgaz Grid SA pe raza judetului Bacau. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 2,649,656.00 lei fara TVA. Garantia de participare reprezinta 0.05% din valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent si va fi constituita conform art.42 din HG 394/2016 si a art.164 alin.(4) din Legea 99/2016 Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent a fost stabilita pe baza necesarului entitatii contractante, avandu-se in vedere volumul estimat al lucrarilor ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate, ca urmare a analizei contractelor similar, anterioar incheiate de in ultimii 1–3 ani, luandu-se in considerare atat valorile contractelor, cat si frecventa achizitiilor. Totodata, s-a avut in vedere o consultare prealabila a pietei, conform art. 148 din Legea 99/2016 coroborat cu art.19 din HG 394/2016, prin care s-au solicitat informatii indicative de pret de la operatorii economici din domeniu, iar preturile de piata identificate au fost analizate pentru a multiplica cantitațile estimate aferente unui posibil varf de achizitie.
