The procurement of Corporate Property, Liability and Terrorism insurance for the Insurance London Consortium (ILC): London Borough of Croydon London Borough of Camden London Borough of Haringey London Borough of Harrow London Borough of Islington London Borough of Lambeth London Borough of Tower Hamlets The procurement is divided into the following 3 lots: Lot 1 - Property Lot 2 - Terrorism Lot 3 - Casualty The Authorities intend to award a contract for a period of five (5) years. Contracting Authority: London Borough of Croydon, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA on behalf of; London Borough of Camden London Borough of Haringey London Borough of Harrow London Borough of Islington London Borough of Lambeth London Borough of Tower Hamlets - Lot 1 - Property Insurance - Insurer led bids only Provision of property damage insurance covering, as appropriate, buildings, contents, infrastructure, plant and equipment and other assets owned, leased or managed by consortium members. Cover shall include material damage risks and associated business interruption or loss of revenue where applicable. - Lot 2 - Terrorism Insurance - Broker led bids accepted Provision of terrorism insurance protecting insured property and associated financial losses arising from acts of terrorism, including physical damage and any applicable consequential losses. Tenderers should detail the scope of cover, limits, exclusions and any arrangements involving Pool Re or equivalent terrorism reinsurance facilities. - Lot 3 - Casualty Insurance - Insurer led bids only Provision of casualty insurance programmes comprising, where required: o Public Liability o Employers' Liability o Products Liability o Officials' and Members' Liability o Professional Indemnity (where applicable) o Abuse and Molestation Liability (where applicable) o Other related liability covers identified within the Schedule of Requirements.
