Op jaarbasis hebben wij ongeveer 250-300 vacatures waarin de corporate recruiter een sleutelrol speelt in de werving voor de verschillende programma?s binnen de Provincie. Voor vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en hands-on recruiter die in een complexe organisatie makkelijk zijn/haar weg vindt. De recruiter moet direct inzetbaar zijn in ons team van recruiters dat samen met jou bestaat uit vijf professionals. Jouw werk Dagelijks word je door het (talent)management betrokken bij uiteenlopende wervingsvraagstukken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven van onderscheidende vacatureteksten, en komt met passende creatieve idee?n om de werving zo kandidaatgericht mogelijk te maken.
