Description

Fraser Coast Regional Council (FCRC) is seeking responses to a market sounding/request for proposal for leasing of Former Hervey Bay Library Site – 161 Old Maryborough Road, Pialba 4655. Council is mobilising the new Community Hub in Main Street, Pialba with the library staff already transferred into the building. The former Hervey Bay library site has become vacant, and council is considering the future options for this site. The request for proposal is seeking market sounding to be conducted as part of a two-stage process to seek interest from Commercial Entities, Government Agencies or Community Groups for lease.
