Council has entered its new Community Hub in Main Street, Pialba which is home to council’s new library and administration office. A vacant-shell commercial leasing opportunity adjoining the Community Hub, suited to proponents seeking a compact premises with an outdoor area and access to an established community precinct is available. The request for proposal is seeking market sounding to be conducted as part of a two-stage process to seek interest from Commercial Entities, Government Agencies or Community Groups for lease.
