Description

Central Queensland University (CQU) invites tenders from suitably qualified and registered contractors to undertake construction, refurbishment and fit out works at CQU Bundaberg campus. The purpose of the project is to construct a purpose built student kitchenette inside the Library (Building 3), located at 6 University Dr, Branyan, QLD. To align with CQU’s capital expenditure requirements, all works must be completed prior to the annual Christmas shutdown commencing on 23 December 2026. Tenderers must also be aware that no construction activities will be permitted during the examination period from 5 October to 23 October 2026 inclusive. Contractors will be required to plan and programme the works accordingly to minimise disruption to campus operations and ensure compliance with these access restrictions.
